1. His Swing. (Pronounced "Ting")
2. When Daddy comes home. We try to meet him at the door and Darren has a look of pure excitement when Mark comes in.
3. When Mommy picks up on the clues and gives him a little snack. The boy loves to eat.
4. Reading a good book. It's hard to pick his favorite, it seems to change from week-to-week. But the past few days it has been "The Very Busy Spider," by Eric Cable.
5. Running through a pile of leaves.
6. When Mommy lets him play with his noodles. He has a little "Noodle Station" that I have created. He sits in his chair and plays with dried noodles pouring, moving, and throwing noodles around. Must be a boy thing.
7. Pushing brooms. Or anything that has a long handle... rakes, shovels, mops. It's all fair game.
8. The dog. He has started to say her name, "Ninnie". Which is pretty close. He loves to go and put his head on the dog.
9. His Vacuum. Maybe he likes to clean? But he loves that toy.
10. Okay, this is cheating, it's really a combination of 8 & 9 but he can spend hours doing it. Chasing the dog with the vacuum. I think the dog has lost a few pounds from all the herding. He chases her up and down the room. Minnie has started jumping up onto my lap to avoid Darren. Darren has figured this out and has started picking up the vacuum and placing it in the chair to get the dog. He absolutely love it.
Okay, it's not really a top 10 list. I thought of a few more.
11. Turning the TV on.
12. Seeing his friend Seth.
13. Watching the washer fill up with water.
14. BATH TIME.
15. Phones and remotes.
16. The sense of accomplishment of climbing onto a chair.
17. Turning the TV on.
18. Giving Minnie her treat.
19. Tickling you. Which is the absolute cutest thing.
20. Broccoli. I still think it is his favorite veggie.
